From Recession to Revitalization:
Boost generosity in your church with the Stewardship System
For many pastors, the worst sound they could possibly hear on Sunday morning would be silence.
I’m not talking about the good silence that may come during a time of reflection or waiting on the Lord in prayer. I’m talking about the dreaded silence…the eerie stillness that is experienced during the one time you absolutely do not want any hush during your service. The offering! Not many things are worse than the plates whizzing through the pews, but as a result of no gifts being offered, the room is filled with utter silence.
