Capital Campaign Consultation
In addition to church capital campaign management, Church Development offers a wide array of supplementary services to support the campaign's aims before and after the campaign solicitation period. From among these services, we customize a campaign that fits each of our church client's needs, providing complete capital campaign consulting for churches.
Our services include, among others:
- Customizing a church capital campaign training manual for each volunteer and staff person
- Assistance in recruiting volunteers to staff the working teams for the capital campaign
- Attending and leading all on–site meetings with the church staff and volunteer management teams
- Serving as chief liaison with all team chairpersons
- Designing and providing layout examples for the church capital campaign communications materials
- Composing all church capital campaign correspondence for the pastor and the volunteer chairpersons, including solicitation letters
- Organizing and running all volunteer steering committee meetings
- Serving as coach at the first cultivation events to help train and support volunteers
- Setting in place a follow–up system that will ensure pledge fulfillment, new member invitations and continued stewardship education and discernment
